Everything was clean and great. Booked a room with many amenities. The hotel had an efficient business location near ICN airport.

The lady running the hotel was incredibly accommodating and helpful, even though her English skills weren't perfect. She made GREAT use of translation apps and ensured we had a smooth communication experience. The hotel's location near the airport and plenty of dining options, including Middle Eastern cuisine, was a pleasant surprise. The free airport shuttle was quick and convenient, and they even provided luggage storage for our day of touring. The hospitality of the staff, including the owner's husband, was outstanding, making us feel like old friends. The two-way transfer from the airport was flawless, and the unexpected value we received exceeded our expectations. We were impressed by the friendly atmosphere and the range of amenities, from the jacuzzi to the 24-hour reception and security. All in all, our stay was truly mind-blowing and left us wanting to pay more for such wonderful experiences.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are excellent and good. All the staff is amazing and is engaged to make your stay great. The location is peaceful and cozy for exploring Incheon. A good restaurant with traditional food is available. We recommend this venue.

It is set in a nice area, close to a museum and a palace. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with tea and bottled water, as for instance and care about everyone. The hotel provides a great service.

I recently stayed at Songdo Blue Hotel for a business trip in the Songo area. The friendly staff and owners went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They provided free airport shuttle service and even gave me a lift to my business meetings. The room was clean and well-equipped with a fridge, kettle, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, with a large bathtub. The hotel also offered a desktop computer and a big-sized widescreen TV. it was a great experience and I would happily stay at this hotel again.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Incheon and had a wonderful experience. The Songdo Blue Hotel was a great choice for my stopover. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a big bathroom and separate toilet. The staff, especially Mr Kim and his family, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even provided a free shuttle service to and from Incheon airport. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants, making it easy to find a delicious meal. I highly recommend the Songdo Blue Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The free pick-up service from the airport was a great convenience. It saved us the hassle of finding transportation to the hotel. The staff members were polite and welcoming, offering us a refreshing drink upon arrival. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel provided complimentary snacks and beverages. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby restaurants and bars.

One drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the room during the winter season. This made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable at times.
